This stellar blend of Apple Cider and White wine is livened up with the addition of Ontario Buckwheat Honey. The orchard based because a little richer with the addition of the honey getting more of a baked pear, caramelized peach and roasted apple all delicately wrapped in notes of honey. Despite the rich descriptors this cider is not weighty – it remains light and refreshing with a toasty finish.
